Put oats and peanut butter in large bowl and set aside.
Pre-measure vanilla and place beside bowl.
Mix sugar and cocoa in large pan. Add milk and stir to blend. Turn burner on medium and add butter. Stir often until mixture comes to a rolling boil. As soon as mixture comes to rolling boil cook for exactly 2 mins stir frequently to constantly.
After 2 mins add to the bowl of peanut butter and oats. Add vanilla and stir to combine.
Move quickly as cookies will start to harden. Drop cookies by spoonful onto wax paper or aluminum foil.
